Sales Accounts Manager

McNab's is a fast growing FMCG company based in Parkwood, Johannesburg. We make GOOD-FOR-YOU functional foods, drinks & supplements, and partner with retailers across multiple channels.
We are looking for a Sales Accounts Manager to develop & manage account relationships & performance across multiple channels.
This role offers a potential CTC of R35 000 to R50 000 per month for on-target performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain account relationships to achieve account & channel sales- targets across Petroleum, Independent Pharmacy & Wholesale channels.
• Accountable for distributor-management & sales achievement on a national basis
• Responsible for developing trading relationships with new accounts in line with the company growth-agenda.
• Be hungry to grow the channels under your responsibility.

Requirements

• At least 5 years sales & account management experience within the FMCG industry
• Experience dealing with & influencing Distributors & their sales teams would be highly advantageous
• Computer literate and able to implement a trade marketing & distribution plan
• Proven ability to influence inspirationally to achieve desired results
• Self-motivated & proactive with the ability and desire to hit the ground running & deliver the expected results on a consistent basis
• Ability to spend time away from home on country trips should this be required
